In 1989, emergency responders received a 911 call from Maria Rossi (Suzan Crownley) who claimed that he had acted brutally killing 3 people. 20 years later, Isabella (Fernanda Andrade) who is the son of Mary tries to truth that happened that night. He also went to the Centrino Hospital, Italy where her mother was detained to ascertain whether mothers experienced mental illness or is controlled by demonic forces. And when Isabella took two exorcists (Simon Quaterman and Evan Helmuth) to cure his mother with a combination method between Science and Religion, they also found that the four forces of evil Demons had mastered her.
